Let’s Say Thanks is a kid-friendly way to send a “Thank You” to a U.S. Military Personnel this Veteran’s Day.
At the top of the website, there is a scrolling variety of designs from which to choose, or they have a link to all of the available choices. Before your students choose, have them create a message to type in, along with the correct spelling of their town
. Then they hit Send, and they’re done!
Beforehand, it might be a good idea for your students to read or hear you read the messages “From the Troops” as you discuss what Veteran’s Day is all about!
