This website takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and off-line.

Registration

In order to use this website, a user may become registered. During registration a user is required to give their contact information (such as name, email address, billing address, authorized users, and budgets). This information is used to contact the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed interest. It is optional for the user to provide demographic information and unique identifiers, but encouraged so we can provide a more personalized experience on our site.

Order

We request information from the user on order forms and supplier agreements. Here a user must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like budget codes and credit card information). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill user’s orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this information is used to contact the user.

Information Collection and Use

Teaching Resource Center is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. School Specialty Education Essentials collects information from our users at several different points on our website. We use your information to facilitate the services we provide you in the sale and distribution of products and services that you request. We use information in the file we maintain about you, and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the site, to troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms & Conditions of Use.

When subscribing, we collect your email address only. Your privacy is very important to us, WE DO NOT SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS to any other company. Upon subscribing you will receive coupons, savings and other announcements about our products. ONLY TRC WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. If at anytime you decide you no longer wish to be on our email list, simply unsubscribe at the bottom of the email you receive. Your email will be permanently removed from our list unless you decide to subscribe again.
